International Projects

Das Helmi likes very much to do shows in other country - maybe do to our multinational background or to curiosity...

we have been invited a couple of times and its getting more and more interesting... First we got invited with shows already made: (we already played in english language, using rarely subtitles, in Brasil using portugues, italian and english, in korea we tried subtitles. Sure there always remains the "german" background of the play...

But then many people asked for workshops especially in puppet-making. So we did workshop for all kind of people for adult, children, professional of theatre , streetartists. The third step were two coproductions we realized, one with corean artists and one in brasil.

2008 Juli Tour through brasil with "Fausto" and" King of Frogs" Shows in: Ribeirao Preto, Florianopolis, Blumenau, Salvador, Sobral , Fortaleza ( Goethe Institut, Interior Prod.)

International Coproductions:

2007 July-August in corea making of Berliner Gaettong with actors Street theatre troupe, director Alexis Bug, Text Marcus Braun... it was played many times in Mirjang, in Seoul at guerilla-theatre, in Busan
2008 Berliner Gaettong was played at Volksbühne Berlin, Festival für Politik und Theater in Köln... link youtube
2009 International Production in Brasil: Jardim das Delicias, brasilian actors, direction Florian Loycke, puppetmaking Felix Loycke , Florian Loycke, Lua Santana, Filming Thurit Kremer... the project will be brought to Germany in Summer 2010...
